Visions are powerful! Research shows that New Year resolutions only work when you have a vision of what the year would look like. Once we design our vision, writing it down and depicting it in pictures provides us inspiration and motivation to accomplish it.

This year, Muslimah Connection is hosting a Vision Board Party for you to be inspired and motivated. Bring your goals and resolutions, and we’ll provide the rest! There will be poster boards and art supplies. You can bring the pictures you want to include, or cut those out of magazines for inspiration.

Gathering also includes a guided meditation exercise by our in-house visioning expert, Coach Aalia. Aalia Siddiqui is a Certified Life Coach and Leadership Expert in Social & Emotional Intelligence.
